At North Sheds we give you the full package, all of our prices include VAT, a Standard Treatment, Delivery and Assembly.

Treatment

In our Factory we have a large dipping tank, we like to think of it as our swimming pool for timber! All of the timber we use gets fully submerged into the dipping tank which is full of a light brown coloured treatment. Fully submerging the timber ensures that the inside and outside of your building is protected.

The Treatment we use is anti-fungal and will protect your shed for 12 months. We recommend you go over this treatment yearly to preserve your building. If you’re planning to paint the building once it has been assembled by our team don’t panic the treatment does not prevent you from doing so.

We stock a range of colours at both of our sites, Birtley and Ponteland (Below). Upon ordering your building there is also the option for our team to paint your building. This is charged depending on the buildings size and our team will give it 2 coats of your chosen colour.

Delivery

We deliver the buildings on Thursday’s and Friday’s between the hours of 8am-6pm. If you have ordered a Timber Frame Base from us this will be assembled on the Tuesday before your building’s delivery date. We deliver free of charge within a 20mile radius of NE16. We have chosen this postcode as a middle point between Stanley where our factory is based and our two sales offices, Birtley and Ponteland. If you are based outside of this area we can still deliver to you for an additional fee.

We d not give pecific delivery times as each building can be delayed depending on access or unforeseen complications with assembly etc. We will however contct you with an approximate deliv time as soon as thebuilding being deliverefoire yours is complet. This policy is to avoid dissapointment with late deliveries ie deliveries  are after a specific time if it were given.

Assembly

Our Team are very efficient and with al of their experience they manage to assemble a standard Apex/Pent in around 30-45 minutes. The buildings come in panels so we can fit through side paths and gates. If there are no access points and the only option is to bring the panels through your house/garage we can make the panels smaller to do so.
